On July 23, 2025, Kunshan Orank Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully held a mid year summary meeting with the theme of "Thinking about Change and Innovation, Gathering Strength to Break through the Situation".
The company's management and core teams from various departments gathered together to systematically review the development achievements of the first half of the year, deeply analyze industry trends, clarify the strategic direction for the second half of the year, and inject strong momentum into achieving the annual goals.

01. General Manager's Strategic Guidelines
At the beginning of the meeting, the general manager reviewed the achievements of the first half of 2025: achieving counter trend growth in a complex market environment, breaking through key technologies such as energy-saving magnetic pumps in new product development, and significantly increasing orders in strategic areas.
In the second half of the year, we will focus on anchoring gear pump technology and marketization, deeply cultivating the chemical, hydrogen, and semiconductor industries domestically, and expanding overseas through social media and other channels, striving to achieve our annual market goals.

All members need to take "thinking change and innovation" as the core, "gathering strength to break through the situation" as the path, and comprehensively exert efforts around six dimensions: technological upgrading, quality improvement, delivery satisfaction, digital efficiency improvement, marketing expansion, and sales enhancement, to jointly draw a new chapter of development.
02. Work reports of each team
Subsequently, the three core departments of Marketing Center, Supply Chain Operations Center, and Management Center reported in sequence.
The marketing center focused on sharing the breakthroughs made in emerging industries in the first half of the year and proposed development plans for industries such as chemical, cryogenic, and semiconductor in the second half of the year.






The Supply Chain Operations Center has comprehensively summarized the work of the first half of the year from multiple dimensions such as procurement, quality, technology, technical support, project management, and production material control, and deeply analyzed the existing problems and improvement measures. In the second half of the year, we will focus on upgrading product technology, shortening procurement response cycles, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, providing solid guarantees for achieving the annual goals.






The management center will conduct a review of the talent pool and corporate culture construction in the first half of the year. In the second half of the year, the incentive mechanism will be deepened, the core talent turnover rate will be reduced, and an efficient, collaborative, innovative and enterprising organizational ecology will be created to provide both talent and cultural support for strategic implementation.

This meeting is not only a summary and review of the stage, but also a horn of charge. Orank Pump Industry will take "thinking change" as the propeller and "gathering strength" as the sail, cutting through the waves in the wave of pump industry transformation, and move forward at full speed towards the vision of "becoming a global leader in fluid solutions".
